Small parcels are sent by Geniki Taxidromiki (door to door).
For orders over €39* and for parcels whose weight does not exceed 2 kg, shipping costs are free.
In case the weight exceeds 2 kg, an extra charge arises for each kg (€1* / kg).
In case your order is less than €39, shipping costs €3.5. In the event that the weight exceeds 2 kg, there is an extra charge for each kg (1€* / kg), however, in special cases, it will also depend on the volume of the parcels.
For cash on delivery, the charge is 2 euros extra.

In the event that the customer, when registering his order, fills in the wrong shipping information, resulting in an incorrect calculation of the shipping costs, the additional shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Supplementary Orders
Orders are automatically fulfilled in strict order of priority. For this reason, any addition of product/s to an existing order is counted by our system as a new order.
Special cases of shipments or orders
For areas that are classified as hard to reach (DP) by the Courier company, the final shipping costs vary. In this case, we contact you to update your shipping costs. In some cases, the customer undertakes to pick up his order himself from the nearest store of the cooperating Courier.
In specific cases of orders of large volume or weight, the shipment is carried out with a transport company of the absolute choice of the Casa Familia company. The cost of sending a parcel with a transport company is from 5 to 9 euros per parcel. The final shipping costs are communicated after telephone consultation, after the acceptance of the transaction by the customer.

Indicative delivery time and availability
The shipment of the order takes place in 1-3 working days except in special cases, in which case the customer is informed. If the customer wishes to receive the order in a shorter period of time than specified, he must contact the company so that alternative ways of faster shipping can be found.
If the products are not available, Casa Familia reserves the right not to accept the particular order and reject the particular sale. In the event that your order is not accepted and the sale is rejected, you will be informed and the entire price of the canceled order will be refunded. Orders are processed daily, during business days and hours.
Products that you have ordered and are not available, but are marked backordered, we will contact you to inform you of the estimated delivery time of the products. Normally, you will be notified within a reasonable period of three working days from the date of the order to the contact details you filled in during your order.
Shipping
To avoid any additional shipping charges, the order is placed when all the products in it are available.
If for some reason you want only the available products of the order to be delivered, please call us at 231 078 8377, quoting the order number or place a separate order for the unavailable products.
Final confirmation of availability is processed during final order processing and collection of your products.
Processing the shipment upon receipt of the products
Upon receipt of the goods, an extensive check of the condition of the product and its packaging should be carried out, in order to observe any problem that may have arisen during transport.
In the event that you find a problem with the packaging, please do not proceed with receiving the goods, but contact us immediately. If you find a problem immediately after receipt, you should report this to the carrier immediately. Immediately afterwards, please contact us, updating us with the relevant statement.
The company is not responsible for the transportation of the products. All orders are shipped with declsole responsibility of the buyer. Any wear or damage caused by the transport, the transport company that has undertaken the delivery of the order to the buyer, and not our company, is responsible.
Product returns
Product returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of issue of the receipt by showing it necessarily, as long as the products have not been used.
