The ” https://caza-familia.com” is an online store selling furniture and decoration products, via internet of the limited company under the name ” X KAZAZIS – E KAZAZIS O.E. ” and the distinctive title ” CAZAFAMILIA ” (hereinafter, for the sake of brevity, “COMPANY“).
The following terms and conditions apply to the online store under the “Cazafamilia” brand located at the online address https://caza-familia.com (hereinafter, for the sake of brevity, “e-shop”). Every user who enters and transacts or uses the services of the online store (hereinafter referred to as “visitor” and/or “user” or “customer” depending on whether he is limited to visiting the store only or orders and sells products and services) is deemed to consent to and unconditionally accept the terms below as stated, without any exception. If a user does not agree with these terms, then he/she must refrain from visiting and/or using the website, as well as from any transaction or use of the services of the online store.

All credit/debit card payments are processed through the “i- bank e- Simplify ” electronic payment platform of the National Bank of Greece and fully supports the EMV 3-D Secure security protocol and meets the requirements of strong customer identification (Strong Customer Authentication-SCA), which reduces the risk of fraud in electronic transactions, supports tokenization, i.e. the safe replacement of card data with a unique electronic code (token) used in transactions. For the security of the cardholder and the business, the details of all cards registered to be used for recurring payments are replaced with tokens which are then used for the transaction(s).

The Company fully complies with the provisions of the Civil Code regarding the sale, as well as the provisions of Greek Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection as amended and currently in force.
